Booking is fast and integrated. You can book all your professional media services directly through the Spiro Media portal. This allows you to select your preferred date and time, choose your package, and receive instant confirmation.

The duration of the shoot depends on the size of the property and the specific media package you have chosen. I will do my best to finish each shoot in a timely manner without sacrificing the quality of the final outcome.

Once the shoot is complete, your private gallery and Dedicated Property Website will be delivered through Spiro Media. You will receive an automated notification as soon as your media is ready for download.

 It is a custom, standalone webpage for your specific listing (e.g., https://www.google.com/search?q=123MainSt.com). It hosts all the photos, the 60-second video, and property details in one polished, ad-free place.

I will set up your Website. But it is your responsibility to customize your Website to your liking.

Yes. I believe in predictable marketing costs. You shouldn't be penalized for having a larger listing. By keeping a flat rate, you can budget your marketing expenses in seconds without needing to check floor plans.

There is no "cap." I shoot until the property is fully and professionally represented. For most homes, this is 25–40+ images, and they are all delivered via Spiro in both High-Res and MLS-optimized formats.

Photos and your property website are delivered via Spiro by 5:00 PM the next business day. Because video edits involve custom sound design and aerial integration, those are delivered within 3 business days.

If conditions are unsafe for the drone, I will complete the rest of the shoot and return at the first safe opportunity for the aerials at no additional cost.

This checklist covers everything from "The Big Picture" decluttering to room-specific staging tips for kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. Having your home "Camera-Ready" before I arrive helps us work efficiently and ensures the highest quality results for your listing.

While I offer high-end editing, I do not offer virtual decluttering services. If I notice that there is a high demand for this service, I will offer it at an additional cost.
